The quote tool
The quoting form requests gender, birth date, self-assessed health status, nicotine consumption, desired coverage level, and policy duration. These inputs are transmitted to a rate-retrieval system operated by the application carriers to generate pricing information and are not retained by this site. Name, address, phone number, and email are never requested to access quotes. Identical subsequent submissions may utilize temporary caching to avoid redundant calls to the rating service.
Applying
Should you decide to complete an application, your provided responses populate a protected application operated by the carriers' application system, and your activity thereafter falls under that system's respective privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), administers applications.
The contact form
The inquiry form collects your name, electronic mail address, optional contact phone, response method preference, subject category, and message text. Submissions are routed via email to the agency, with your email serving as the destination for responses. Neither archived copies, submission databases, nor message logs are preserved by this website. Browser-based spam prevention runs immediately before transmission.
Measurement
Site engagement is tracked using first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted on this domain. No cookies or client-side identifiers are created; before storage, the final two octets of your IP are redacted; query parameters in referrer URLs are stripped; unprocessed log records expire after 90 days. Devices transmitting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers are excluded from measurement.
What we do not do
Personal data is never monetized or distributed to external parties; no advertising pixels or third-party measurement code operate here. The single external component is the carriers' application system on the application page, activated exclusively when you visit that destination.
